Nathan Brown – Naths Angling Adventures

Nathan Brown, better known as Naths Angling Adventures, is a Scottish based sea angler with a lifelong passion for fishing and a reputation built on experience, results, and big fish.

Nathan’s angling journey began at just six years old, fishing canals across England before progressing into competitive match angling by the age of 15. His talent quickly stood out, earning him a major sponsorship with Maver, where he went on to win multiple high-value matches and secure a Top 10 placing in the UK Angling Championships.

After moving from England to Wales, Nathan discovered his true calling — sea fishing. It quickly became his life. During this period, he landed an impressive list of specimen fish, including tope to 50lb, bass to 10lb, rays to 19lb, and many more. He also competed successfully on the sea match circuit, adding further wins to an already accomplished career.

Now based in Scotland, Nathan has fully embraced the world of specimen and big-fish angling, targeting and landing common skate to 175lb. He now focuses on guided skate trips, sharing his hard-earned knowledge with anglers of all abilities and helping others experience truly special captures.

Nathan actively promotes trusted brands including Tokuryo Line Lab and Holy Mackerel Fish Oils, regularly showcasing products through live-streamed fishing sessions on TikTok and across his social platforms. Known for being approachable, honest, and supportive, he takes pride in helping anglers with practical advice, proven techniques, and reliable gear recommendations.

A self-confessed big-fish angler, Nathan’s go-to rods include the Assassin Bluefish XT II and the Assassin Beachmaster No.7 — tools he trusts when targeting powerful sea species.
